From the minute we got in touch Roof Rooms were nothing but professional and friendly giving good advice in a friendly manner.
Our house is a strange layout which was touch for some but the bespoke nature of Roof Rooms' approach meant they just designed our conversion differently!
Onsite, everyone was friendly, professional and extremely hard working.
Fast forward and we love our new room.  As with any building work there were minor glitches but these were sorted quickly and with little fuss.
Price wise, Roof Rooms were incredibly good value too so, all in all, I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roof or loft comversion.

From initial paperwork, through to final delivery it was all really good. His team were decent and his subcontractors were similar. Considering the amount of work the impact on day to day life was minimal and tidy. 2 years on we remain very happy. We recommend roof rooms to others.

I contacted Jon at Roof rooms before we even put in our offer on the bungalow we wanted to buy to see if what we wanted to do was even possible and Jon kindly came and met us there to discuss our options with having a loft conversion done and we were delighted to be told it was possible.
The work started only a few weeks after we moved in, in January and the team were just incredible from start to finish.
The communication was second to none, always responding fast and efficiently and never leaving us with any doubts about what was happening through the whole process.
The guys who worked for us, Josh, Jamie, Paul and Roy where all so polite, Kind and trustworthy.
I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, they achieved everything we wanted and even better than we imagined.
We had 2 bedrooms in our loft space and a staircase fitted, it was all designed between us and it all looks just perfect, like it was meant to be.

It's been a pleasure working with Roof Rooms.  I am so enjoying my loft conversion I don't want to leave and come downstairs.
It took me almost 2 months to find a company who came forward to do the job.  I did email building companies, put an advert on job sites, etc but I was told without calculations and drawings no builder will budge and indeed no building company contacted me. Roof Rooms however did reply to my email and could do all from start to finish- from architect drawings/calculations to building, which in my opinion is much easier when everything is under one roof and you deal with 1 company only.
This company is very consistent, reliable, stand by their word and deliver.  The team on site were very polite, respectful and very pleasant to work with.  They were conscious of noise level and cleaned after them. They updated me as they went along. They just get on with it - no messing about. This was evident to my whole neighbourhood as they all started making comments about how they just get on with it.  In December at some point it was so cold and weather was freezing (sub-zero level) but they showed up each day and worked outside on the roof.  I felt really bad for them as I wouldn't go out in that cold to work outside.  And, they will not even make the time for hot drinks to warm them up! Another time, the wind took off the covering for the window space and so I informed them as the rain may damage something. Within an hour they were here to put it back on- and this was during the Christmas holidays.
Well, weeks later excellent quality work is the outcome.  Quality materials used all round with no compromise.    I could not ask for more from these guys.
Now, I have a queue of friends waiting to see the loft conversion.

Jon knew what we wanted even before we did and took care of the whole process from start to finish, striking just the right balance between keeping us updated/requiring our input and sorting things out himself. Attention to detail was second to none, he designed a floating staircase pulled away from a feature window whereas other loft conversion companies had told us we’d need to get rid of the window. He sourced doors to match the 1930s doors we had elsewhere in the house. Communication all via email which I really appreciated as it meant we had a record of discussions and what was agreed. He was fair and upfront in his pricing. The joinery in particular was immaculate. Roof Rooms made the whole loft conversion process as stress free as possible, recommend them wholeheartedly.

Roof Rooms were recommended to us from a family on our street who had also used Roof Rooms following recommendation & I have to say its clear to see why this company has such good reviews & is recommended by so many.
From start to finish the whole team was super helpful, courteous to the fact we had young children & were always happy to answer any questions.
We had not completed anything like this before but from first meeting Jon, he made the whole thing simple & straight forward. Our build was completed shortly after the last lockdown & timber prices etc were all over the place but Jon worked with us & still managed to make sure everything stayed within our budget.
The room has been completed to the highest of standards & nothing was too much trouble for the team.
